SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship nationwide across South Africa using PUDO Locker-to-Locker and Locker-to-Door services.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R120 per order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days. Once your parcel has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Because every Smelt Crafts item is handmade with care, slight variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing geraldineoosthuizen2024@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
If your return is approved, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
